Monthly One-on-One Mentoring Sessions

Mentors work collaboratively with employees to ensure their aspirations complement the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.
Mid-Program Review and Progress Report
Comprehensive review of each participant’s progress at the program’s halfway point.
Feedback provided to both the participant and the organisation for ongoing improvement.
