The role
As the Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator - Goldfields, you will plan and lead the activities of the Goldfields Aboriginal engagement team to provide high quality and professional services to stakeholders in your region.
Coordinate and lead the team to ensure effective and meaningful engagement services are provided to the local community on behalf of the Aboriginal Engagement and Economic Development teams.
Use community connections to continually drive high quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Identify opportunities to support existing programs and projects across the Department where an opportunity to empower Aboriginal people exists.
Maintain stakeholder databases and ensures the accuracy of information captured in these.
