About the role
Kurbingui Youth Development Ltd is offering a 12 month position for a Community Services Traineeship (multiple positions) based in Zillmere, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the community services industry while working towards a nationally accredited Certificate III in Community Services qualification.

What you'll be doing
Assist with the delivery of a range of community development programs and activities
Provide support and information to community members on available services and resources
Collaborate with local stakeholders and community groups to identify and address needs
Participate in community outreach initiatives and events
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Undergo on-the-job training and complete the Certificate III in Community Services
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse community members
Passion for community development and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
Willingness to learn and complete the Certificate III in Community Services qualification
Relevant experience in a volunteer or community-based role is desirable
Availability to work in a full-time capacity for the duration of the traineeship
Working with Children Check Positive Notice (Blue Card)
Valid Open or Provisional Driver's License
